A condo association or landlord may be responsible for common systems; confirm who maintains them. Use equipment manuals, local requirements and qualified professionals for actual servicing.

For example, a house with HVAC and safety selected shows filter, vent, alarm and exit-path observations, while exterior and plumbing tasks are hidden. Checkmarks mean you reviewed an item, not that the equipment is certified safe.
